Through UofM Global, The UofM brings learning to your employees. Your employees can earn their degree entirely online. The online courses provide flexibility and portability. The diplomas and transcripts are the same as UofM campus students. With UofM Global, your employees can pick the pace that works best for them and earn credit for prior skills and training. Finish Line
The UofM Finish Line program can assist your employees who have completed 90 or more credit hours but have had to stop taking classes. The primary reason for withdrawal at 90+ hours is exhausted financial aid and other external situations. Find out more about the Finish Line program >

UMRF Ventures
When local companies came to the UofM seeking a solution to their IT workforce challenge, we responded with an innovative approach that has employed over 500 students to date in work that was previously outsourced overseas. These students, employees of UMRF ventures providing IT solutions for some of the biggest companies in Memphis, are able to reduce or eliminate college debt all the while getting first-hand experience which helps them secure jobs with the companies that helped them get through school.
