**Urgent Deadline**

First Oracle Time Card Deadline: Friday, Jan. 9, 4:30 p.m.

As we go live with Oracle, the first biweekly payroll deadline for time cards is Friday, Jan. 9. This means both the entry and approval steps must be completed by the close of business on that date. 

As this will be our first time to submit time cards in Oracle, we encourage everyone to take the online training for time entry & approval.

In order for biweekly employees to be paid, it is imperative that this deadline is met.
