Visiting Students
Welcome! We are happy you’re considering spending a semester with us. Here is some information to help guide you through the registration process as a visiting student.

Register
After you have been admitted, register online in the myMemphis portal.
As a visiting student, you will not have an assigned advisor. Also, you will not need to be cleared by an advisor to register.

Before Classes Begin
Check your schedule and make sure it looks like you want it to. Also be sure to pay for your classes by the payment deadline. Visit University & Student Business Services (USBS) calendars for fee payment deadlines.
Transferring Credit
Check with your home institution for their policies and requirements for transferring credit. Find information about requesting a University of Memphis transcript.
