Physical Environment
The Physical Environment Subcommittee addresses existing or potential barriers in the built environment. Examples of some of the issues associated with the physical environment are accessible pedestrian paths across campus, building and classroom accessibility, elevator repair protocol, process for reporting physical access issues, and new construction accessibility. This subcommittee will also prepare an annual plan that prioritizes access solutions and guides the spending of funds from the State of Tennessee for physical accessibility.
