Proctored Cybersecurity Training Session at Nashville
The CfIA will be offering multiple individuals the opportunity to attend a proctored Cybersecurity training session at the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) in Nashville, TN on September 22, 2017. Trainees will learn about the security and privacy issues present in mobile devices and the preventative measures that will help prevent them from becoming cyber-attack victims. New Book on User Authentication by Prof. Dasgupta
The Center Director, Prof. Dipankar Dasgupta recently published a new book entitled Advances in User Authentication (publisher: Springer-Verlag) with his students Arunava Roy and Abhijit Nag. It is written as a graduate-level textbook covering basic to very recent developments in the field including their own research. Prof. Dasgupta expects that the book will make a significant impact in higher education and inspire others in conducting multi-disciplinary research.
