Mindfulness, Resilience, and Wellbeing Research Team

Beginning in March of 2016, Drs. Eraina Schauss and Melissa Fickling, Assistant Professors in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program, started a new research team examining dimensions of mindfulness in clinical practice. This research team explores the use of mindfulness-based clinical interventions in various domains such as stress reduction, decision-making, cognitive capacity, social and emotional regulation, and other dimensions of wellbeing and resilience. This team will also explore the relationship between yoga practice, mindfulness, and stress reduction.

If you are interested in finding out more information about the research team, please contact Dr. Schauss.
