Program Overview
This program allows outstanding undergraduates to begin taking graduate courses during
their senior year. In this program students can complete a BBA degree and simultaneously
complete graduate-level courses that can count toward a MS. Up to 12 hours of graduate
course work may be applied to both the undergraduate and graduate programs and this
double counting is only available in ABM programs.
Degree Outline
- General Education Courses - 41 hours
- Communication = 9 hours
- Humanities / Fine Arts = 9 hours (At least one course must be in literature.)
- Social / Behavioral Sciences = 6 hours
- History = 6 hours
- Natural Sciences = 8 hours
- Mathematics = 3 hours
- Program Requirements: 24 hours
- Real Estate Concentration = 18 of the 24 hours
- Real Estate Concentration = 18 of the 24 hours
- Electives + Lower & Upper Division Business Core Courses = as needed to bring the total hours earned to 120 minimum.

Next Step
Students are encouraged to contact both the undergraduate and graduate academic coordinators
early so that they can begin to plan their course of study.
TO APPLY - students must have a minimum 3.25 GPA and submit two reference letters and a copy of their transcript to the Department of Finance, Insurance & Real Estate. Each applicant must complete an interview with the graduate academic coordinator in Finance, Insurance & Real Estate.
Students must also apply to the Graduate School for the accelerated BBA+MS program, which allows them to take graduate courses in finance, insurance and real estate.
Continuation in the program beyond the BBA in NOT required. Students wishing to continue past the BBA must apply for full admission into the Graduate School and into the Finance, Insurance & Real Estate Department’s MS program.
Any graduate coursework will not apply to the undergraduate GPA.
