About Stephanie Chester
Stephanie Chester earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Truman State University and completed a Master of Science in Health and Sport Sciences from the University of Memphis. She was a collegiate cross country and track athlete which exposed her to great coaching and further influenced her desire to coach and mentor in Memphis.
For the past five years, Chester has been working with students and student athletes at Westminster Academy through physical education, coaching and athletics. In addition, she has worked with individuals and small companies to better develop a healthy workplace environment by establishing wellness programs for their employees.
She is currently the internship coordinator and faculty member in the Exercise, Sport & Movement Sciences program. Her passion is mentorship and teaching—she desires to help individuals discover more about themselves, their talents and interests, and guide them towards their potential.
