Reflection for Preparation (Men’s)

‘Guiding athletes to find their own answer is the highest form of learning’

With a repetition of errors ‘on-course’, this 2-week reflection task was designed to increase athletes mental and physical preparation for training and competition. Specifically, questions were aimed to improve the goal setting of the athlete prior to each training session. Attention was given to mental focus, as athletes are so often more able to talk with great detail about their physical plan, but don’t give much thought to a mental plan.
