Complete Professional Program (CPP)

Earn your Stripes... Virtually and In-Person

FCBE students, take ownership of your own career success through the Complete Professional Program (CPP), offered both virtually and in-person! Earn three different levels of the CPP certificate program (Basic, Advanced and Platinum).

CPP Certificate Program Awards

Requirements to receive Basic CPP Certificate:

  • Resume Workshop and approved Resume in FIN (must be done first)
  • Interview Skills Workshop
  • LinkedIn Workshop
  • Dining Etiquette
  • Plus, ONE(1) additional workshop from the module list below
  • Must complete a total of 5 workshops plus Approved Résumé in FIN

 

Upon completion of the Basic CPP Certificate, you will receive:

  • Invitation to recognition ceremony
  • Certificate of Achievement
  • Padfolio

Requirements to receive Advanced CPP Certificate:

  • Basic + 4 additional workshops from the CPP Program Workshops listed below
  • Must complete a total of 9 workshops plus Approved Résumé in FIN

 

Upon completion of the Advanced CPP Certificate, you will receive:

  • Basic level +
  • UofM Lapel Pin
  • Offer of CPP business cards

Requirements to receive Platinum CPP Certificate:

  • Advanced + 4 additional workshops from the CPP Program Modules listed below
  • Must complete a total of 13+ workshops plus Approved Résumé in FIN

 

Upon completion of the Platinum CPP Certificate, you will receive:

  • Basic & Advanced level +
  • CPCD graduation cord

  • Accounting Careers of Tomorrow (ACT) 
  • Critical Thinking*
  • Dining Etiquette
  • Emotional Control*
  • Ethics*
  • Executive Presence Workshop*
  • Fiscal Wellness (Must complete all 5 sessions for credit)*
  • Fogelman Serves (5 hours of documented volunteer or community service)
  • Fogelman Women in Leadership Conference (Credit allotted for conference only)
  • Futures in Finance
  • How to Work a Career Fair** 
  • Interview Workshop

  • Leadership role in a FCBE Student Organization (See Below) or MILE (Limit 2) 
    • SHRM, Student Delegate Board, Beta Alpha Psi, Hispanic Business Association
  • LinkedIn Workshop

  • Personal Branding**
