Services We Provide

Center-based Developmental Therapy

Therapy sessions are held 2 days per week for 2.5 hours each. These days either occur on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday.

Parent Consultation

Our Early Interventionist will meet with parents 1-2 times per month to discuss parent concerns and to facilitate generalization of skills from the classroom to the home setting.

Psychological Evaluations

Families enrolled in PM-Ready will be offered a Psychological Evaluation by our Clinical Psychologist to assist in diagnosing developmental delays.

Developmental Evaluations

Our Early Interventionist will complete a developmental evaluation at regular intervals using the Assessment, Evaluation, and Programming System for Infants and Children, Third Edition (AEPS®-3) to track each child's progress toward developmental milestones across domains such as: cognitive, adaptive, communication, gross- and fine-motor skills.

Family Education Meetings

PM-Ready hosts regular group meetings to provide families with education across various topics, including: other services available in the community, psychoeducation, and invited speakers.

IFSP Team Participation

Members of our team regularly participate in IFSP Teaming to promote collaboration across services and to assist with transitioning to the Local Education Agency (LEA) when our children age out of TEIS services.

Mental Health Support for Families

Our Family Support Specialist can provide additional mental health support to families who are interested.
