Do you have a residential issue or  concern that needs immediate attention? 

The quickest way to receive assistance 24/7 is by reaching out to the Desk Assistant on duty at the front desk of your residence hall. Carpenter Complex and Park Ave/GSFH can find assis-tance at the front office (during business hours) or at the parking booth (after hours). You can also private message us on social media or reach out to your RA or RLC assigned to your hall or complex . We'll make every effort to assist you even after the office is closed!
