NIRMALEE RADDATZ

Biography

Dr. Raddatz is the Accounting Doctoral Program Coordinator for the Crews School of Accountancy. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management Information Systems and a support area in Accounting from Mississippi State University. Additionally, she received her master’s in taxation (MTX) from Mississippi State University. Dr. Raddatz has primarily conducted behavioral research at the intersection of managerial accounting and information systems, mainly focusing on how technology impacts organizational controls, decision-making processes, and policy compliance. She has also conducted research on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), auditing and tax compliance.

Teaching

Dr. Raddatz has taught various accounting courses throughout her academic career, including Ph.D. seminars in accounting, data analytics, financial accounting at graduate and undergraduate levels, accounting information systems, cost accounting, financial and accounting report analysis and taxation.
