Orpheus Members to Join Orchestra Class on October 12

We have a special presentation planned for your orchestra class today. Louis Hanzlik and Gregg August, members of the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, will be making a presentation.  They will be discussing the topics listed below and answering student questions. You are welcome to attend even if you are not enrolled in the class. Be sure to join us for this rare opportunity! 

Personal responsibility.
Part preparation before rehearsal.
Working knowledge of the entire piece.
How the ensemble or any ensemble cannot function without accountability on the part of all members.
How leadership is fluid.
How the elements of chamber music and a cohesive jazz combo are at play in Orpheus and all orchestras.

Orchestra class runs from 1:30 - 3:30.

Our guest will be speaking from 1:45 - 2:45.
