Overview

University of Memphis students, staff, faculty, alumni, trustees, parents, and economic partners are invited to help articulate the university’s strategic vision. 

The university’s next Strategic Plan will build upon the strengths of the institution and provide a mission, vision, values, and goals that will clearly communicate the path forward.  The planning process will incorporate a time where key university stakeholders may provide input into the plan.  This input period will consist of individual interviews, listening sessions, and a survey.

The result of this effort will be a strategic plan that will guide the University of Memphis over the next five years.
