FERPA Compliance
(Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act)
Project Scope:
The initial team will review FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) compliance
issues and determine how the University can improve processes and communications in
order to be in compliance with FERPA regulations. The team will identify changes and
recommend process improvements for the implementation team.
