2. Attend Meetings: Attend the Internship Informational Meeting during the semester prior to your planned start.
3. GradLeaders: Log in and set up your student profile.
4. CPR Certification: Must be completed prior to the semester start (In-person skills test required).
5. Secure Placement: Find and secure a site by the deadline that meets all CHS requirements.

First-Time Login: Enter your memphis.edu email in the green highlighted box to receive a password reset link. Once your password is set, complete the internship application.

Approval Workflow

• Eligibility Review: Advising will review your application. Once confirmed, you can submit your specific site information.
• Final Approval: Once the site and the College approve, you will receive an email confirmation and your course permit may be issued.

Site Selection Criteria:

• Must be outside of current employment.
• Position must align with the Health Science field.
• Must support 240 hours of hands-on experience.
• Provides networking and post-graduate career opportunities.
• Environment must be conducive to growth and learning.

When reaching out to sites: Have your resume ready, mention the 240-hour requirement, and allow ample time for site-specific orientations/paperwork.
