Template Guide
Brief overviews of the available templates from the 2025 Redesign.
This is the main (or index) page layout for all of the colleges, some of our more prominent schools, and the president and provost/academic affairs.
This template uses a single column layout.
Level 10 Administrators are the only editors with the ability to create these templates.
This can be used for various subpages where either a full-width view or side navigation is desired.
This template can use either a one or two column layout. This can be adjusted in Page Parameters after the page has been created.
This can be used for various future campus events/initiatives (e.g. Homecoming, Earth Day, Career Fairs, etc.
This template can use either a one or two column layout. This can be adjusted in Page Parameters after the page has been created.
Unique template for enrollment/admissions
This template can use either a one or two column layout. This can be adjusted in Page Parameters after the page has been created.
There are two new templates for Faculty & Staff.
- Faculty Profile: This template is used to create faculty profile pages
- Faculty Listings: This template is used for faculty/staff listings within colleges, departments, schools, centers, etc., commonly seen in “About” sections.
The Faculty Profile template uses a single column layout, while the Faculty Listing template has a two column layout. None of these templates use side navigation.
There are two new Templates for Programs
- Program Details: This template is used for specific program details within colleges, schools, centers, etc.
- Program Listing: This template is used for program listings within colleges, schools, centers, etc.
The Program Details template uses a one column layout, while the Program Listing template uses a two column layout. None of these templates use side navigation.
There are three new templates available for News
- News Home: . It can be used to create newsroom homepages for colleges, schools, the president's office, etc.
- News Article: It can be used to create news article pages to complement newsroom homepages and listing pages for colleges, schools, the president's office, etc.
- News Listing: It can be used to create news listing pages to complement newsroom homepages for colleges, schools, the president's office, etc.
The News Home and Article templates use a one column layout, while the News Listing template uses a two column layout. None of these templates use side navigation.
