Foundation Funds | Budget & Reconciliation 

Project Scope:
Goal is to streamline the budget and reconciliation process throughout the fiscal year for foundation funds. Establish a policy as a guide for departments for awarding Foundation scholarships. Map process for understanding of roles and process flow, define terminology, eliminate excel files and create new Argos Dashboards to present foundation data and student data in a single dashboard, and grant the necessary departmental staff access to the data. Reduce the need for large reports being distributed to the College Business Officers to separate and distribute to the department level, collect the data and put in correct budget formats.
