In efforts to be efficient with the use of time and resources, please attempt to make all changes at one time. During the proofing process, your project may have up to three proofs. Check your proof carefully for errors and omissions (content, spelling, addresses, phone numbers, dates/calendar, photos and sizes, etc). Please mark all corrections on the PDF proof. If you need verbal requests shall be marked on the PDF by me and sent to you for confirmation. We will correct changes noted in the PDF only. There are two options for approval: APPROVED to produce, and APPROVED to produce with noted corrections. Once approved, no additional edits or corrections will be made, and the job will be closed. If for any reason your project is cancelled, please notify me to conserve time and resources. Should additional proofs be required, a follow-up meeting will be scheduled to discuss project progression and direction. (This meeting will be with the Vice President of External Relations if the job is being handled by the Marketing Department.)
It is of utmost importance that any proof or mock up that is sent to you receive a response within 24 hours so that we can meet deadlines of both the University and the event or project you are requesting for. Please make it a priority to respond promptly to make all parts of this process pleasant and your event more enjoyable.
Every job has what is called turn over time. That is the time it takes to produce the work and proof it to be sure that it all assets (imagery, colors and content) and written content are correct and make corrections.
