Career Coaching Program Participant Responsibilities
Students
- Attend initial Career Coaching program orientation
- Commit to scheduled appointments with career coach (in whichever format agreed upon)
- Follow through on accessing the resources provided by coaches
- Attend networking events as outlined in career coaching plan
Professional Coaches
- Attend initial Career Coaching program orientation
- Commit to scheduled appointments with student
- Provide and/or guide student to developmental activities such seminars, networking events, guest speakers, company site visits, etc.
- Maintain logs of student participation and professional goal development
- Evaluate when goals have been met and bring closure to career coaching sessions
