We have two online Yoga classes and one online Boot Camp class available for U of M students and employees here:

No registration is required for our fitness classes, which are free to all full-time students and other Recreation Center members.

All equipment needed for the fitness classes are here in the group fitness studio, so participants may simply show up to enjoy the classes.
