30-Minute Wake-up Workout

Ab Lab
Let’s face it, everyone wants great abs. Let us help you chisel your core! This is the class for you (along with proper nutrition) if you want to get rid of the flab.

Aqua Yoga
Flow with ease, find inner peace. Join our Aqua Yoga class for a refreshing journey of balance and relaxation in the water.

Barre
Barre combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

Boot Camp
A high-intensity workout that consists of strength and cardiovascular exercises, targeting all major muscle groups.

Cardio Step
This music-driven, cardio-conditioning class uses a step to ramp up your calorie burn. Cardio Step emphasizes positivity and inspiration so everyone leaves feeling accomplished.

Cardio-mAX
This class is your one-stop shop for cardio and strength!  Cardio-mAX is a new type of boot camp class combining cardio and a functional training workout on the Queenax functional training equipment on the second floor.

Circuit Training
Join us in Circuit Training for a fun, intense, full body workout! You rotate stations to complete a circuit of exercises using weights as well as other functional training equipment like medicine balls and a weight sled. 

CORE
This class focuses on strengthening the core and improving balance to increase mobility and range of movement.

Core Blast
Looking for a fun way to strengthen your core? Check out our new Core Blast class that uses fast, upbeat music to keep your energy up and motivation high while toning up your core.

Deep Stretch Yoga
This yoga class is accessible for all practitioners and offers a slower, more meditative practice with deeper stretches for relaxation. 

Endurance Lift
Come enjoy weighted and body weight exercises designed to help you gain muscle mass while maximizing your cardio endurance.

Flow Yoga
Yoga integrates slow movements, stretching, and breathing, as well as relaxation strategies to increase flexibility, balance, and strength while reducing stress.

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT features short, intense intervals of exercises to elevate the heart rate and provide a full-body workout in a fun group environment.

Hip Hop Cardio
You'll have fun learning simple, professionally choreographed hip hop dance routines. Dance your way to an amazing cardio workout!

Kickboxing
This class combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity training for an unbelievable calorie burn.

Power Flow Yoga
Power flow yoga is a dynamic version of traditional yoga which focuses on faster and more intense movements through challenging sequences designed to strengthen and tone the body while relaxing the mind.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation for all levels. It is performed at a slower pace with longer holds, stillness and deep breathing.

Spin
A high-energy stationary bike workout that enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

STRONG Nation™ by Zumba
STRONG Nation™ is a high-intensity HIIT class that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves that are synced to music. Every squat, lunge and burpee is driven by the music to help you tone your muscles, maximize your burn and strengthen your core.

Suspension Training
Suspension training class uses the TRX system. Get a full-body workout to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability in a fun group environment.

Total Body Fitness
Increase your muscular strength, endurance and power like never before! This class will use weighted bars, dumbbells and your body weight to target your body's muscles.

TRX
A high intensive conditioning class that uses the TRX suspension system along with other props to increase and achieve your cardiovascular and resistance training goals.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Increase your flexibility, build strength and reduce your stress in our vinyasa flow class. This class connects postures with the breath in a flowing sequence that focuses on body alignment, activating and lengthening muscles safely.

WERQ
WERQouts are designed to give you the best sweat with athletic moves and fresh dance steps to the hottest pop and hip hop music.

Yoga
Yoga integrates slow movements, stretching, breathing and relaxation strategies while increasing flexibility, balance, strength and reducing stress.

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga sculpt combines the dynamic practice of power yoga incorporating weights and bouts of cardio to help boost your metabolic rate. Build lean muscle mass while pumping tunes keeps you invigorated.

Zumba
An exhilarating, easy-to-follow and high calorie-burning dance fitness party that is Latin-inspired.
