Graduate Admission Decision
Following the review and decision by the academic department of your program of study, the Office of Graduate Admissions will notify you of the admission decision. You will receive notification in your personal e-mail account (if provided on the application.)
If accepted, your notification will include a 20-digit student account activation code that you will need to activate your University of Memphis student account through the iam.memphis.edu identity management system. Please activate this as soon as possible. Activation of your student account will enable your University of Memphis e-mail account and grant you access to the myMemphis portal.
International Student Next Steps for Enrollment
After activating your student account, log in to your True Blue Tiger portal (first-time users must create their True Blue Tiger account)
Pay your $1,500 (USD) enrollment deposit to confirm your enrollment to the University of Memphis. Click the Payment & Activities tab in your True Blue Tiger portal. Please pay the deposit no later than November 15.

After your enrollment has been confirmed, then you will receive information in your portal regarding next steps, such as:
- How to begin the I-20 process (for admitted students who plan to enter the US with an F-1 visa)
- If you are eligible, how to apply for the International Merit Scholarship.
