Application
Have you submitted an electronic Admissions Application?
Before your application can be sent to your programs for review your application must have a status of "Complete" or "Received" and be assigned a Complete Date. In order to become "Complete" or "Received" UofM Graduate School requires the following:
- Application is e-submitted and payment has been received.
- All required transcripts and/or any required foreign transcript evaluation(s) have been received
All materials should arrive at UofM Graduate School at least two weeks prior to your earliest deadline to allow for timely processing.
Save your application log in information to check the status of your application and transcripts.
Students admitted pending final grades and degree dates posted should use this information when requesting final transcripts after acceptance.

Sending Transcripts
Transcripts must be sent to the UofM Graduate School Transcript Processing Center (see mailing address below) from all institutions you listed in the Colleges Attended section of your application. Refer to this section of the application for detailed instructions and bar codes.
When sending transcripts electronically please select the "Application Service" option.

Your registrar should mail your paper transcripts to the following address:
*Please include your CAS ID number in the request. Note that they are not sent to the Memphis campus.

Applicants whose highest degree is from a foreign institution may be required to have their credentials evaluated course-by-course by any credentialing agency listed on the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services web site; see Admission of International Students.
Test Scores
Have you determined if test scores (GRE, GMAT, MAT, PRAXIS or TOEFL) are required for your chosen academic program?
