The Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) master's degree offers graduate-level study in teaching and teacher education in physical education, built around research and contemporary practice.

PETE focuses on research in teaching physical education and research in physical education teacher education. The PETE master's degree supports advancement in teaching — in public schools, colleges and universities, and related education settings in the community.
