The Lifestyle Medicine master's degree is a fully online, 30-credit-hour graduate program focused on evidence-based lifestyle interventions and health behaviors for the prevention and management of chronic disease.

About the Program

To align with an increased emphasis on disease prevention across the health professions, we revised our Health Promotion concentration to focus on the specialized field of Lifestyle Medicine and the importance of preventive care.

Prevention-focused, evidence-based learning. The program emphasizes lifestyle-related interventions and health behaviors tailored to the prevention and management of chronic disease, with the goal of improving longevity and quality of life.

The curriculum is designed to establish a strong foundation in lifestyle medicine and to promote it as a primary approach to preventing and treating chronic conditions.
