The ITS Service Desk sends customer satisfaction surveys to clients after their issue is resolved. For the 2016 year, the Service Desk received 2,401 survey responses. Below are the average survey ratings on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 being very dissatisfied and 5 being very satisfied) based on these responses:
