COST

$2000/Attendee

These classes can be paid for by invoice billing to your cost center or by you personally. Please obtain manager approval to use the cost center in writing (email).

**Update: Deferred payment is no longer available at the University of Memphis if you are using tuition reimbursement. You will need to pay for the course prior to the course start date (a payment link will be emailed to you) or you will not be allowed into the class. The only invoice payments that are allowed is when the course will be paid for by your cost center.**

CANCELLATION POLICY
All trainings are NONREFUNDABLE within 14 days of the training’s scheduled start date. Attendees who wish to cancel within the 14-day nonrefundable period will need to email Rami Lotay (rslotay@memphis.edu) and give a detailed explanation as to why they cannot possibly attend, as they will still be liable for payment in full.

OVERVIEW

With business architecture gaining the attention of businesses across a range of industries, the opportunity to introduce the discipline has never been better. Whether triggered by executive mandate or grassroots initiatives, businesses worldwide are seeking to leverage business architecture to streamline value delivery, improve customer experience or transform their business in other ways. Yet many organizations remain in the early stages of maturity and deployment. These challenges often stem from a lack of clarity of best practices and limited experience of in-house teams. This is where Business Architecture Associates, Inc. (BAA) can help change the dynamic.

OBJECTIVES

BAA and its course offerings provide organizations with training to initiate, mature, or accelerate their business architecture programs. BAA was established by industry thought leaders Whynde Kuehn and William Ulrich as a vehicle for educating organizations in the practice and use of business architecture. While Ms. Kuehn and Mr. Ulrich are pioneers and thought leaders in the field, they are first and foremost practitioners. They have worked with a wide range of businesses to successfully establish and leverage business architecture to deliver business results. BAA is a Guild Accredited Training Partner® (GATP®), meaning its courses are aligned to the principles and approaches of the Business Architecture Guild® and A Guide to the Business Architecture Body of Knowledge® (BIZBOK® Guide).
