Summarize your experience, specialties, and your story or business history: I have been working in corporate, adult-education over 20 years and am an advocate of life-long learning. I have taught Scaled Agile Framework and other corporate initiatives globally for a Fortune 500 company for over 5 years and have been practicing agility since 2011. I am a certified SAFe Program Consultant and product owner practicing for 3 years and manage an enterprise IT modernization educational program. I am also a certified Agile Coach, helping launch new Release Trains across IT.

Keith Brewer

With over 30 years of experience, I have been an international facilitator, speaker and trainer for Fortune 500 companies. I hold an MBA in International Management, and several certifications including Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC), and International Consortium for Agile Certified Professional Agile Coach (ICP-ACC).
I am a successful enterprise Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Agile Coach. I work with business and IT teams, as well as executives to strategically and intentionally manage successful transformations that deliver real business value. I am an internationally recognized expert in enhancing the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations using a culture-centered approach.

Leigh Espy

Summarize your experience, specialties, and your story or business history: I have over 15 years of project management experience, with a primary focus on IT project management. I have worked in the public and private sectors, and both domestically and internationally. I have held multiple roles, including Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Portfolio Manager.
I am also the author of Bad Meetings Happen to Good People: How to Run Meetings That Are Effective, Focused, and Produce Results and has written for multiple publications.

She's also the founder of ProjectBliss.net where she regularly writes about project management, agile, and leadership skills.

Mark Rabinowitz

Title: SAFe Program Consultant/Project Manager

Summarize your experience, specialties, and your story or business history: I have extensive experience and success in both the public and private spheres. Over a 22- year military career, I helped facilitate the initial project, program and oversight setup for both President Reagan's Strategic Defense Initiative ("Star Wars") in the 1980's and the new Special Operations Joint Command in the 1990's, earning top Department of Defense certifications in Project Management and Systems Engineering. In Industry, I have been a practicing PMP since 1995, leading and teaching Project Management/oversight, as well as Agile/Safe methods, for over 20 years in the Y2K, Dot-Com, Casino/Hotel, automotive and logistics industries. I have presented twice to PMI international conferences and have been teaching SAFe formally for three years.

Rob Newman

Rob Newman is an IT Manager with 20+ years of IT project management responsible for all elements of software development. Rob's background in Lean Manufacturing provides him with a deep understanding of Lean Agile principles which are the foundation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). He is an experienced Scrum Master, certified Release Train Engineer and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4). Rob has taught over 450 students in certified SAFe classes and coached the implementation of multiple Release Trains over the past 2.5 years. His experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations and IT enables him to apply Lean Agile principles to business as well as technical environments.
