Lisa (LJ) Timmons

Title: SAFe Program Consultant/Agile Coach

Summarize your experience, specialties, and your story or business history: I work in corporate, adult-education for a large Fortune 500 company with over 25 years as a trainer/facilitator and coach.  I teach Scaled Agile Framework and other corporate initiatives globally and have been practicing SAFe/Agile since 2011. I am a certified SAFe Program Consultant and Product Manager/Owner for a large educational program which offers IT Skills and Agility training. I am also a certified Agile Coach and Business Agility Strategist assisting with corporate business agility transformations.  I lead a large community of practice for SAFe Program consultants and help create training for various organizations.

Leigh Espy

Title: SAFe Program Consultant/Scrum Master/Project Manager

Summarize your experience, specialties, and your story or business history: I have over 15 years of project management experience, with a primary focus on IT project management. I have worked in the public and private sectors, and both domestically and internationally. I have held multiple roles, including Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Portfolio Manager.
I am also the author of Bad Meetings Happen to Good People: How to Run Meetings That Are Effective, Focused, and Produce Results and has written for multiple publications.

She's also the founder of ProjectBliss.net where she regularly writes about project management, agile, and leadership skills.
