Harvard-JPB Environmental Health Fellowship Workshop

The Harvard-JPB Environmental Health Fellowship Program (https://ehfellows.sph.harvard.edu/), funded by the JPB Foundation, will convene a weeklong workshop for its third cohort of fellows at the University of Memphis from March 13-16, 2023. This program is an innovative approach to support U.S. junior faculty engaged in research on the combined influence of the social and environmental determinants of health inequities in under-resourced communities. Dr. Chunrong Jia, Professor of Environmental Health in UofM School of Public Health, is one of the senior fellows in Cohort I. This workshop is hosted by the FedEx Institute of Technology and the School of Public Health at the University of Memphis.

All are invited to a seminar presentation by Dr. Laura Kubzansky on “Measuring Stress & Resilience.” Dr. Laura Kubzansky is Professor of Social and Behavioral Sciences and Director of the Society and Health Laboratory at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She also serves as co-Director of the JPB Environmental Health Fellowship Program.
