Photocopying, Printing, and Scanning
UofM student, faculty, and staff public printers are provided in the Learning Commons computer areas on all four floors of McWherter Library, as well as the sandbox. On-campus printing may be processed through desktops, laptops, and other devices.
After receiving approval from a faculty member/advisor, students in the School of Public Health (SPH) can request printing services for posters and papers with UofM SPH Letterhead. Printing requests should be submitted at least 1 week in advance.

The Registrar’s Office oversees registration at the University, providing such aids as calendars, semester class listings, final exam schedules, and guides to online registration and enrollment management. They also manage student academic records, producing official University of Memphis transcripts.

Training in the ethical conduct of research is required for all SPH students and faculty participating in human subjects research. Training courses are available through CITI.

Student Crisis/Emergency Resources
  • During your college experience, there may be times when you face personal or financial difficulties. The University of Memphis cares about your well-being and wants to ensure your basic needs are met to achieve academic success.
  • FindHelp is a platform where individuals can locate community support based on one's zip code. People can access over 610,000 community-based organizations supporting various topics such as food insecurities, affordable housing, childcare, transportation, and other local, free, or reduced-cost assistance.

Student Support/Wellness
The University of Memphis Educational Support Program (ESP) offers free in person and virtual tutoring.
University Libraries offers research assistance for students who are struggling to find the information they need for assignments. They will also help students work through challenges with APA/MLA formatting.
The Center for Writing and Communication through the library offers free online and in person consultations for paper writing at any stage of the process along with feedback on speaking assignments.
