Spring 2025 Undergraduate & Graduate Calendar
Please note that all Course Fees and Material Fees are non-refundable after the start of the first day of the course. Carefully review the registration dates and corresponding fee payment deadlines below. The Installment Payment Plan (IPP) is offered to help satisfy payment requirements by the appropriate fee payment deadline. If students are not planning to attend, courses should be dropped promptly to avoid owing fees. |

eBills available online on TigerXpress Students will be notified by email (UofM email address) when eBills are available and by text messaging if signed up on TigerXpress to receive text messages. Official Notifications and viewing eBills available online on TigerXpress. Installment Payment Plan (IPP) available to sign-up on TigerXpress. An initial down payment of 25% of the remaining balance of tuition and fees is required and the $50 non-refundable enrollment fee will automatically be calculated in the total IPP plan amount. |

Note: Students who register prior to this date will be denied the opportunity to use a space-available fee waiver program for this semester. |

Deadline to sign up for direct deposit on TigerXpress for processing excess financial aid/scholarship refunds as available for the initial direct deposit. NOTE: Students who miss this deadline should still sign up in preparation of subsequent disbursements. |
Jan. 17 |
Refunds due from excess financial aid funds will begin processing for the Spring 2025 term for all students signed up for direct deposit. |
Jan. 21 |
First Day of Class (Full Term & 1st Part-of-term) $200 Late Fee begins for students enrolling in Full Term and 1st part-of-term courses. Fee will be assessed to all students not paid-in-full or enrolled in the IPP. Late Fee also applies to any initial registrations. |

Last day to receive 100% Fee Adjustment for dropping courses (1st part-of-term courses only). |

Final Fee Payment Deadline for Spring 2025 semester by 4:30pm. Student account balance must to be paid in full or enrolled in a Spring 2025 Installment Payment Plan. Last day to receive 50% Fee Adjustment for dropping courses (1st part-of-term courses only). |

Last day to submit Meal Plan changes/upgrades. Last day to opt-out of Tigers SmartStart book program. Last day to opt-out of International Health Insurance. Last day to late register with instructor approval. Last day to receive 100% Fee Adjustment for dropping courses (Full-term courses only). |

- All courses must be paid in full or be enrolled in a designated semester’s Installment Payment Plan (IPP) by the designated Fee Payment Deadline.
- Students who decide not to attend must drop that course(s) from their schedule.
- Fees adjustments will be refunded based on the day of the drop and the University fee adjustment schedule.
- When making schedule adjustments, courses may evenly exchange ONLY if they are the same number of hours, for the same part-of-term, and are both UofM courses (TN eCampus courses do not qualify). Course/Material fees may still apply.
The University reserves the right to make changes to the schedule as necessary to be consistent with University policies and procedures.
