Program Application Deadlines

Application deadlines vary, so it is crucial to plan for an exchange program well in advance. In general, the application deadlines are the following unless otherwise noted in the program.

*** Summer 2021, Fall 2021, and Academic Year 2021-22 application cycle deadlines have been deferred until April 15th, 2021. Both your program application and scholarship application are due April 15th

Placement is competitive at several ISEP sites, and application by the First Round deadline is often necessary. The application deadline for an ISEP program is January 15 of the year before you want to study abroad.

The TnCIS summer programs require that students apply by February 11 before the summer you want to study abroad.

The study abroad office processes applications throughout the year, so please contact an advisor at tigersabroad@memphis.edu if you have missed an application deadline date to see if you may be able to submit a late application.

UofM Scholarship Application Deadlines

Undergraduate students must have completed one semester before the time of application and have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Please note that applicants whose GPA falls below the 2.75 GPA requirement can still submit an application but will not be considered for the early deadline and should apply for the final deadline.

Graduate students must have completed 6 semester hours and be in good academic standing.

The following scholarship deadlines are strict. Applications returned after the published deadlines will not be considered.
