As part of its mission, the COE is focused on continuing to strengthen relationships with other researchers to assemble teams of experienced and visionary personnel to meet opportunities and challenges related to educating individuals, transforming educational systems, training future leaders and providing a variety of counseling and rehabilitative services.

COE faculty offer expertise in a range of research topics including:

• Educational systems, policies and analysis, including school choice and leadership
• Urban education
• Instructional Design & Technology
• Counseling psychology and rehabilitation counseling
• Educational psychology
• Disability support services
• Substance abuse and misuse
• Behavioral interventions and analysis for individuals with special needs
• Autism
• Literacy
• Leadership and policy related to higher and adult education

As you plan your next grant or contract proposal, contact the COE to discuss your proposal and the expertise that we can bring to your team. We also want to know about your expertise and research interests, so that our faculty can see how they might partner with you on one of their proposals.
