Discussion/Notes:
This cycle of assessment used a 9-point evaluation scale of 1-3=Fair, 4-6=Good, 7-9=Exemplary with a standard benchmark of 70% Exemplary for all objectives. Based on this scale and assigned benchmark, the program met the 70% Exemplary target on 16 of 18 outcomes. (*) The PhD CTL Improvements Checklist (2013-14) provides specific recommendations for addressing those under-performing outcomes.
