- This form is to be used by departments with students doing unpaid internships in the classroom. After it is signed by relevant parties if should be sent to the registrar's office if access to CANVAS is being requested for the intern. Unpaid instructional interns need to complete FERPA training before entering a classroom. Students must also register as volunteers on campus using the link below.
