Ways to Pay
Amounts must be in US dollars. Check and money orders should be made payable to the
University of Memphis. Credit and debit card payments made from a US bank will be
charged a 2.85% processing fee. DO NOT Mail Cash. DO NOT send credit or debit card
information directly to the IEI office by mail, email or fax.

Late Fees
All fees related to application, tuition, program, university housing, and medical insurance must be paid in-full by the registration deadline before the beginning of each session. Late payments made during the first week of the session will be assessed a $100 late payment fee. No payments will be accepted after the first week of the session.
Refund Policy
Tuition refunds are available for students who withdraw:
- On or before the first day of the session (first testing day): 100% refund
- After the first day of the session up to the fifth day of the session (including testing days): 75% refund
- After the fifth day of the session up to the tenth day of the session (including testing days): 25% refund
