Single Sign-On (SSO)
Shibboleth Identity Provider is centrally maintained to provide both SAML and CAS compliant authentication services. These services limit reuse and exposure to user credentials by multiple services.
Who Can Request?
Requests can be made by Local Service Providers and ITS Staff.
How to Request Service?
For students, account codes are sent to your physical address on file. For sponsored accounts, account codes are emailed to the 3rd party email address provided by the sponsor in the request. If you need to get your account code quickly, please contact the Service Desk at 901.678.8888 or submit a Service Request.
What Information Do I Need to Fulfill Service Request?
Please include your Affiliation, Group Name (ex: Alumni, Marketing, College of Art), and a description of your request.
