Service Description: 

If an employee believes their University owned desktop or laptop is infected with a virus/malware, please request for remediation.

Who Can Request? 

Requests can be made by Faculty, Staff, and Student Workers/Graduate Assistants.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit a service ticket.

What Information Do I Need to Fulfill Service Request?  

When entering your request, be sure to include your affiliation, contact number, your building, and room number. Also include a detailed description of the problem you are encountering. Please note whether the problem/issue is for a Windows (PC) or Apple (Mac) operating system.
