Service Description: 

Request assistance if you are having problems with the OnBase application itself. We have created an OnBase Troubleshooting page on umWiki that addresses many common issues and their resolutions. Your LSP should be able to help you resolve any of these issues. If your issue was not listed here, please submit a service request.  

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can be made by Faculty and Staff.

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

Enter a brief description of your request in the Brief Description field and enter a thorough description of your request or issue in the Details field. Please list which OnBase Client you are experiencing an issue with (Unity Client, Virtual Print Driver, Thick Client or Scan Station) and any other information such as document type(s), keyword(s) (such as Banner ID) and/or any other information that will help us better identify and resolve the issue. You can also add attachments if necessary. The more information that you can provide here, the faster and more accurately your ticket can be routed to the appropriate resource and resolved.
