OnBase (Matrix) New Function / Process

Service Description: 

Request a new OnBase Function or Process (e.g. new scanner station set-up, new user groups, document types or keywords).   

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can only be made by authorized personnel responsible for OnBase in their respective departments. New scan stations and licensing may require prior approval of the ESAC team if no extra licenses are currently available.

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

Enter a brief description of your request in the Brief Description field and enter a thorough description of your request in the Details field. You can also add attachments if necessary. The more information that you can provide here, the faster and more accurately your ticket can be routed to the appropriate resource.
