About Our Office

A unit within Enrollment Services, the Registrar's Office performs many key functions for the benefit of the entire University community. Among its many services, it:

• drives the registration process at the University;
• schedules class offerings on behalf of academic departments;
• assigns general purpose classrooms;
• supplies degree and enrollment verifications to the National Student Clearinghouse;
• processes grades, grade changes, and enrollment changes;
• produces official University transcripts;
• assists students and faculty in using online Self Service applications;
• provides testing and maintenance support for the Banner Student system;
• educates the campus with regard to FERPA compliance.
