About Our Office
A unit within Enrollment Management, the Registrar's Office supports the entire University community—students, faculty, and staff. View some of its main services, below, or take a look at recent projects and initiatives.
The Registrar's Office:
- produces the academic catalog and schedule of classes;
- drives the registration process at the University;
- provides resources and tools for students and faculty in using online Self Service applications;
- processes grades, grade changes, enrollment changes, and audits records for accurate data;
- completes degree audits and posts degrees;
- produces official University transcripts;
- produces enrollment and degree verifications;
- reports enrollment and degree information to the National Student Clearinghouse;
- manages the document repository;
- provides testing and maintenance support for systems including Banner Student, EMS, DegreeWorks, and Modern Campus curricula tools;
- provides development, maintenance, and testing support for Slate and Ocelot Chatbot with Banner integration;
- educates the campus with regard to FERPA compliance.
