Service Description: 

Repair lab equipment, including computer station, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer.

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can be made by Faculty, Staff, or Students.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit an online service request. 

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

When entering your request, be sure to enter your affiliation and the building and room number of the lab. Also include a number the technician can reach you at, in case additional information is needed.
