Users encountering a problem with the functionality of their University owned desktop, laptop or tablet computer can request the assistance of an ITS employee.
Who may request (or are eligible) for this service?
Requests can be made by Faculty, Staff, and Student Workers/Graduate Assistants.
How to Request Service?
To request assistance, submit an online service ticket at http://umhelpdesk.memphis.edu. Once logged in select, Request a Service>PC/Mac or Other Hardware>Office..
What Information is Needed to Fulfill Service Request?
When entering your request, be sure to include your affiliation, contact number, and your building/room number. Also include a detailed description of the problem you are encountering. Please note whether the problem/issue is for a Windows (PC) or Apple (Mac) operating system.
