If an employee believes their University owned desktop, laptop is infected with a virus or malware, a request for remediation can be made.
Who may request (or are eligible) for this service?
Requests can be made by Faculty, Staff, and Student Workers/Graduate Assistants.

To request assistance, please submit an online service request.
What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?
When entering your request, be sure to include your affiliation, contact number, your building, and room number. Also include a detailed description of the problem you are encountering. Please note whether the problem/issue is for a Windows (PC) or Apple (Mac) operating system.
