VPN (Virtual Private Network) Install or Assistance

Service Description: 

VPN (Virtual Private Network) must be used to securely access university network resources, such as remote desktop, from the internet. (see Network and Wifi Connectivity tab).

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Request can be made by Faculty or Staff and Students.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit a service request. 

What Information is Needed to Fulfill Service Request?  

Information needed for submitting a service ticket will be Affiliation, Information where assistance is needed or any problem the user is having with VPN installation or connection.
