How can I get application software installed on the HPC system?

Service Description:

HPC application software can be installed centrally on the HPC system by the HPC staff. Additionally, users can install software in their home directories.

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service?

Any HPC account holder.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit an online service request, or email hpcadmins@memphis.edu.

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?

The following information must be in the Service Request or email: name, UUID, department, research advisor if student, name of software being requested, license information for software being requested (if not open source software), location of media for software being requested (URL, physical media, tar file, ISO, etc.).
