The Access Control System is designed for requesting access to rooms/buildings only, maintaining accurate key inventory, looking up requests, and providing Financial Managers information on access granted to individuals within their assigned orgs. https://umwa.memphis.edu/eaccess

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service?

Requests can be made by Faculty and Staff.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit an online service request. 

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?

Enter 'Access Control System' followed by a brief description of your request in the Brief Description field and enter a thorough description of your request or issue in the Details field. You can also add attachments if necessary. The more information that you can provide here, the faster and more accurately your ticket can be routed to the appropriate resource.
