Argos
Service Description:
Argos is a user-friendly tool that works by filling reporting requests through simple ad hoc queries to advanced dashboards. These advanced dashboards display interactive charts and data cubes, graphically illustrating insights at a glance.
Argos and Argos Web Viewer are already available on umApps for your use. Login to https://umapps.memphis.edu, locate the Argos app or the Argos Web Viewer app, double click on it and follow the prompts. Please note these tips.
- To save a report to your Downloads folder, Save in the "Save to My Device". This option is available only in the ‘Browser’ mode of umApps.
- To save a report to a different folder on your machine or to print to a local printer, use the ‘Workspace’ mode of umApps. The drives with prefixes of Local Drive and Network Drive are on your machine.
- To switch between the Workspace mode or Browser mode, use the Account icon on the top right corner on the home page of umApps, then go to Account Settings/Advanced.

Requests can be made by Faculty and Staff.

To request assistance, please submit an online service request.
What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?
Enter 'Argos' and the Report ID (if known and already exists) followed by a brief description of your request in the Brief Description field and enter a thorough description of your request in the Details field. You can also add attachments if necessary. The more information that you can provide here, the faster and more accurately your ticket can be routed to the appropriate resource.
